Exactly how does it work?

Once we determine that Lisa & Co. is a good fit for your needs, you're matched with your dedicated virtual EA based on personality, strengths, time zone and availability.

Our VEA services are packaged into monthly hours, with the option to purchase additional services each month.

When is my VEA available?

Typically, your virtual EA will be available Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm in your time zone.  Availability outside of those hours can be discussed during your Virtual Coffee.

Do my monthly hours rolls over?

Monthly hours do not roll over.  However, your VEA will do their best to help you utilize your hours efficiently.

What is your refund policy?

We do not refund or provide a credit for any unused hours.

Does my VEA take any time off?

You bet!  We take time off and go on vacations like everyone else.  We notify you a minimum of 14 days in advance of any upcoming time off.

What happens if my VEA is out sick or on vacation?

You have two options:

  • Postpone your services while your VEA is out.

  • Request that another Lisa & Co. team member step in and substitute until your dedicated VEA returns.
